Legal Administrative Assistant: Full-Time beginning approximately July 16. Be a part of the Balisle & Roberson team and help us provide family law and estate planning services to our clients. The successful candidate will have prior experience, along with strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills. The position is responsible for general law office administrative duties, including, filing, copying, processing mail, providing backup secretary/front desk support, light office cleaning and hand-deliveries. Ability to lift and maneuver full banker's boxes is required, along with a valid driver's license and a good driving record. We provide paid parking, excellent benefits, a competitive salary and appreciation for your contributions. Balisle & Roberson, S.C. was established in 1993 by Attorneys Linda Balisle and Linda Roberson. We are a small firm dedicated to serving the legal needs of families in the areas of family law, appeals, and estate planning. We are located in Madison, Wisconsin, near the beautiful State Capitol building. Balisle & Roberson, S.C.’s legal team consists of associates, law clerks and support staff.
