GUARDIAN AD LITEM
When two parents divorce, sometimes they disagree about important decisions like how much time their children should spend with each parent, where their children should live, and how they should make major decisions about health care and education for their children during and after the divorce. When these disagreements arise, often the divorce court appoints an attorney, called a guardian ad litem, to represent the best interests of the children. The attorneys of Balisle & Roberson, S.C. have advanced training in guardian ad litem representation and accept court appointments as guardians ad litem in counties around Wisconsin.
