John D. Schellinger, Legal Administrator John D. Schellinger, CLM joined Balisle & Roberson, S.C. in September 2008. John has twenty + years of legal administration experience. He received his (Certified Legal Manager) CLM designation in 2006. John is an active member of Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and the Wisconsin Association of Legal Administrators (WALA). He is currently President Elect of WALA. He served as Treasurer for WALA from April 2008 through March 2010. He has also served as VP of Education for WALA from April 2006 through March 2008. |

Joan Janssen, Accounting Assistant Joan has been with Balisle & Roberson, S.C. since 2008 and enjoys a half-time schedule. She works closely with John Schellinger on matters primarily related to billings and payables. Joan received a B.S. in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to joining Balisle, Joan worked for 25 years for Wickwire Gavin as Madison Office Manager and one year at Hurley Burish & Stanton as Firm Administrator. |

Cynthia Susan Finn, Paralegal Susan Finn has been employed at Balisle & Roberson, S.C. since November 2005. She received an A.A. in English from De Anza College, Cupertino, CA and a B.S. in Asian History from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, AZ. Susan received her paralegal certification, focusing on civil litigation, from the University of San Diego. Susan has worked as a paralegal for twenty-three+ years, in both large and small firms in San Diego and the judicial system in Arizona, primarily in litigation, probate and estate planning. She was previously employed as an estates and trusts paralegal by Foley & Lardner in Madison and as an Executive Assistant/Office Administrator for the International Crane Foundation in Baraboo, Wisconsin. |

Carol M. Friesch, Legal Secretary Carol Friesch has been a part of the legal team of Balisle & Roberson, S.C. since 2000. She has worked at the firm in several different capacities and is currently a Legal Secretary with an emphasis in appellate brief and estate planning preparation. Carol is a University of Wisconsin - La Crosse graduate with a bachelor’s degree in education. |

Tiffany M. Brooks, Legal Secretary Tiffany Brooks has worked as a Legal Secretary at Balisle & Roberson, S.C. since 2003. She received her Paralegal Certification from Madison Area Technical College, and has completed certificates in real estate law, real estate brokerage, and real estate appraisal. Prior to her position as a Legal Secretary concentrating in family law at Balisle & Roberson, S.C., Tiffany worked at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S.C. as a corporate law Legal Secretary. |
