Wills

A will is a document that provides for a particular distribution of property upon the owner's death. It allows the owner of the property to choose who will be responsible for distributing the property within the probate estate. A will allows one to name someone to care for their minor children and dependents, as well as providing beneficiaries their property in the form of a trust. A will can ensure that important possessions and assets go to chosen family members at death, rather than being distributed according to intestate law. For divorcing spouses, a new will may be a critical part of making sure that your assets do not go to a former spouse at your death.

The attorneys of Balisle & Roberson, S.C. have experience drafting wills of varying complexities, each one drafted to suit every individual's needs.
