David S. Kowalski, Associate Attorney
David Kowalski graduated cum laude from Marquette Law School in 2006, after graduating cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University. David gained ten years legal experience as a paralegal in New York and Wisconsin, with the last seven years spent in Balisle & Roberson's family law practice. David is licensed to practice in Wisconsin, and is a member of the Continuing Legal Education Committee of the Wisconsin State Bar and the Divorce Cooperation Institute. He also frequently volunteers at the Dane County Family Law Assistance Center. He concentrates his practice on divorce litigation, cooperative divorce, child custody and placement and appellate practice.
