Paul M. Hager, IT Manager
Paul Hager has been with Balisle & Roberson, S.C. since 2003. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Madison with honors with a BS in Legal Studies with emphasis in Computer Science and Religous Studies. Paul holds an MCSE, A+ and ITIL Project Managment. Paul guest lectures at ITT Tech and Upper Iowa University and serves in a variety of board positions for IT consulting on building projects in the Madison area. Paul has been published in Technolawyer and his article titled "Website Marketing does your legal website make the grade?" has been published by a number of association publications.


Cynthia Susan Finn
Susan Finn has been employed at Balisle & Roberson, SC since 2005. She received an Associate degree in English from De Anza College, Cupertino, CA in 1972 and a Bachelor’s degree in the History of Asian Civilizations from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, AZ in 1977. Susan received a paralegal certificate, focusing on civil litigation, from the University of San Diego in 1979. Susan has worked as a paralegal for over 18 years, in both large and small firms in San Diego and the judicial system in Arizona, primarily in litigation, probate and estate planning. She was employed as an estates and trusts paralegal by Foley & Lardner in Madison in 1995-1996 before her most recent experience of seven years as an Executive Assistant/Office Administrator for the International Crane Foundation in Baraboo, Wisconsin.

April Hillestad, Paralegal
April Hillestad has been employed at Balisle & Roberson, S.C. since 2007. She received her Paralegal Certification from Madison Area Technical College in 2002. April has worked as a Paralegal with a focus primarily in family law for over 6 years. Prior to her employment at Balisle & Roberson, S.C., April was employed as a Paralegal by Wilson Law Group, LLC from 2002-2006. April’s additional paralegal experience includes civil litigation, personal injury, bankruptcy and estate planning.

Tiffany M. Brooks, Legal Secretary
Tiffany Brooks has worked as a Legal Secretary at Balisle & Roberson, S.C. since 2003. She received her Paralegal Certification from Madison Area Technical College, and has completed certificates in real estate law, real estate brokerage, and real estate appraisal. Prior to her position as a Legal Secretary concentrating in family law at Balisle & Roberson, S.C., Tiffany worked at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren S.C. as a corporate law Legal Secretary.

Dawn L. Fogle, Front Desk Legal Secretary
Dawn Fogle has been a part of Balisle & Roberson, S.C. since 2003. She works as the front desk legal secretary, greeting clients and assisting Balisle & Roberson’s other professional staff with legal document preparation. Dawn is a graduate of Poynette Senior High School in Poynette.

Carol M. Friesch, Legal Secretary
Carol Friesch has been a part of the legal team of Balisle & Roberson, S.C. since 2000. She has worked at the firm in several different capacities and is currently a Legal Secretary with an emphasis in appellate brief and estate planning preparation. A University of Wisconsin - La Crosse graduate with a bachelor’s degree in education, Carol and her husband, Mark, are active in their community’s political arena and are involved with higher education issues, with two sons presently pursuing degrees within the University of Wisconsin system.

Pam Pahmeier has been with Balisle & Roberson, S.C. since 1999. She has worked at the firm in several different capacities and is currently a Legal Secretary. Pam has a Paralegal Certificate from Madison Area Technical College.
